Survive 12 specimen in the 1000 rooms of the base game, learn more about Spooky’s past and the mansion’s secrets in two additional adventures with Karamari Hospital & The Dollhouse, and for the truly masochistic there is an endless mode where up to 5 specimen can chase you at a time.

The game takes somewhere between 4-8 hours depending on your thoroughness and skill. The game isn’t terribly difficult and relies more on you figuring out how to survive individual specimen.

It is a loving parody of the survival horror genre but ends up being a familiar feeling unique game because of it.
